JKSSB Cancellation of selection of the candidate for the post of Accounts Assistant (Finance Department)

Jammu And Kashmir Service Selection Board JKSSB Cancellation of selection of the candidate for the post of Accounts Assistant (Finance Department) District Cadre Samba vide item No.711 (07 of 2010).

1.) Whereas, the J&K Services Selection Board issued the selection list of the candidates for the post of "Accounts Assistant" (Finance Department), District Cadre Samba vide  item No.711 ( 07 of 2010) and recommended the same to the Intending Department vide this Office letter No. SSB/Secy/Sel/2018/1353-59 Dated 01-12-2108 for further course of action; and

2. )  Whereas, the selection of the candidate namely Deepika Sambyal D/o Tirth Singh  R/O Mandi Pushwalian, Mandi Sangwali District Samba figuring at S.No. 02/OM/Wait was kept withheld subject to genuineness and production of bonafide certificate of Graduation and Post Graduation; and

3.)  Whereas, the candidate have submitted the Bonafide certificate of Bachelor of Computer Application and Master of Computer Application issued by the Additional Registrar, No.SMU/ DDE/BON/ 2018/142561 University vide  Mandnipal Sikkim and SMU/DDE/ BON/2018/ 142563 Dated 23-01-2018;

4.)  Whereas, as per the Bonafide certificate of Bachelor of Computer Application and Master of Computer Application the date of admission were August 2005 and August 2008 respectively and Mode of completion as "Distance Mode"; and

5.)  Whereas, the case of the candidate was placed in the 178th Board meeting and it was decided to cancel the selection of the candidate, after taking into account the parameters laid down in the Govt. order No.252-HE of 2012 Dated 30-05-2012.

 Now, therefore, in view of the above position, the withheld selection of Deepika  Sambyal D/o Tirth Singh R/0 Mandi Pushwalian, Mandi Sangwali District Samba figuring at S.No. 02/OM/Wait for the post of "Accounts Assistant" (Finance Department), District Cadre  Samba vide item No.711 ( 07 of 2010) is hereby CANCELLED abinitio.
