Intelligence Bureau Recruitment 2022: Intelligence Bureau has invited applications from Indian nationals for direct recruitment to the 1671 posts of Security Assistant/Executive (SA/Exe) and Multi-Tasking Staff/General (MTS/Gen) in various Subsidiary Intelligence Bureaux, (Ministry of Home Affairs), Government of India.

Applicants are advised to go through all parameters under different paras and sub-paras mentioned in the detailed advertisement and satisfy themselves about their suitability in terms of age limit, essential qualifications, etc. for the post (SA/Exe or MTS/Gen or both) before applying.

Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria of the post, as mentioned below, are required to online through MHA’s website (www.mha.gov.in) or the NCS portal (www.ncs.gov.in) only. The last date for the submission of the application form is 25 November 2022.

Qualification for Intelligence Bureau Recruitment 2022:

(i) Matriculation (10th class pass) or equivalent from a recognized Board of Education, and

(ii)Possession of domicile certificate of that State against which the candidate has applied.

(iii)Knowledge of any one of the local languages/ dialects mentioned in Table ‘A’ of the below given official notification.

Age Limit: The age limit to apply is between 18 years to 27 years.

Salary Details for Intelligence Bureau Recruitment 2022:

Security Assistant/ Executive (SA/ Exe): Level-3 (Rs. 21,700-69,100) in the pay matrix plus admissible Central Govt. allowances.

Multi-Tasking Staff/ General (MTS/ Gen): Level-1 (Rs. 18,000-56,900) in the pay matrix plus admissible Central Govt. allowances.

Selection Process: The selection would be done on a merit basis and the vacancies will be allocated to the SIB to which the selected candidates belong to.

How to Apply for Intelligence Bureau Recruitment 2022:

Applications should be submitted only through online registration by logging on to the website www.mha.gov.in or www.ncs.gov.in. Applications will not be accepted through any other mode. The application portal will be operational from 05/11/2022 to 25/11/2022 (till 2359 hours). Registration done prior to 05/11/2022 and after 25/11/2022 will not be accepted

Scheme of Examination for Intelligence Bureau Recruitment 2022:

Tier-I: Online Exam of Objective type MCQs, divided into 5 parts containing 20 questions of 1 mark each on:

a) General Awareness

b) Quantitative aptitude

c) Numerical/analytical/Logical ability& reasoning

d) English language &

e) General Studies

Tier-II: Offline Exam of Descriptive type

Part of Tier-II (for SA/Exe only): Spoken ability {to be assessed at the time of Tier-III exam (Interview/ Personality test)}

Tier-III: Interview/Personality test

Note: The candidate can opt for the post of SA/ Exe or MTS/ Gen or both. In case, a candidate opts for both posts, he would be first considered for the post of SA/ Exe & then for the post of MTS/ Gen. However, in case, he is finally selected for the post of SA/ Exe, his candidature for the post of MTS/ Gen would stand canceled.
