1. First Of All You have to Write an application to Tehsildar You can write this application nearby at any cyber cafe or kidmat center
2. Now Once Tehsildar mark your application he/she will forward your application to your Patwari.
3. Now Patwari will inspect and make a report
4. Now take this report back to Tehsildar and he will forward this report to SDM. 
5. Finally SDM will issue You Unemployment certificate Under Seal.
